Tactical CBRN gas maskProtection

The CM-8M is an air-purifying full face respirator with a contoured panoramic polycarbonate visor for use with night vision, thermal optics and rifle sights. It takes standard 40 mm NATO filter cartridges on either side for left or right-handed shooters, and includes a hydration system.

    Tactical CBRN

    MIRA Safety describes the CM-8M as a tactical air-purifying CBRN mask protecting against toxic industrial chemicals and chemical warfare agents, including chemical, biological and nuclear threats such as radioactive dust.

    Optics Integration

    Its contoured panoramic visor keeps a field of view above 92% while staying compatible with night vision goggles, thermal optics and scopes. A single filter can be fitted on either side for a proper cheek weld.

    Riot Control

    The mask meets EN 136 Class 3 and EN 168 impact requirements, and MIRA presents it as a choice for riot control use.

    Mission Flexibility

    MIRA designed the CM-8M as a mission-flexible respirator for civilians, law enforcement and military, sharing filters and parts with the rest of its mask family.
